CLUB NEWS: Dawson added to staff roster

Mark Fell has added former Reds striker Brian Dawson to his staff team as first team coach.

The UEFA B license holder is no stranger to the club, holding the current post as Head of Operations for Reds in the Community.

Brian started off as a semi-pro footballer both in the UK with Barrow, Workington and Kendal Town and also Stateside with the Wilmington Hammerheads of North Carolina.

Brian has extensive coaching experience, establishing Onside Soccer Coaching in 2004 and working for Carlisle United Football Club within their Academy system, Brian has also worked in the US for Smart Soccer and Seacoast United.

He will replace Craig Rutherford who left the role in late 2024.
